Mental health services can be difficult to access for a number of reasons. In order to reach more youth and their families, Connections Psychology will be offering a number of workshops/groups to the public. It is our hope as a practice, that these workshops/groups will help our team provide services/support to an even larger network.

Please read the description of each event below and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. Receipts for insurance will be available following each event for Ontario residents only (please check with your individual insurance company to see if your plan will cover this session.
