Dr. Susan Rosenkranz

Ph.D., C. Psych.

Dr. Susan Rosenkranz is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. She provides psychoeducational assessments to children and adolescents who present with learning challenges or attention difficulties, as well as social, emotional, or behavioural concerns. She also provides gifted assessments.

Through the assessment process, Dr. Rosenkranz aims to help children/adolescents and their families to understand their unique profile of strengths and challenges. She connects this information to the concerns that prompted the assessment, and provides practical strategies that aim to support the child to achieve their full potential. Dr. Rosenkranz has a gentle, kind demeanour, and her approach to assessment is collaborative, flexible, and strengths-based.

Dr. Rosenkranz received her Doctorate Degree (Ph.D.) in Clinical-Developmental Psychology from York University in Toronto in 2012. She completed her pre-doctoral residency training at BC Children’s Hospital in Vancouver. She then worked as a Psychologist and Clinician-Investigator in the Child, Youth, and Family Services at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto for a number of years before moving to Ottawa in 2020. Dr. Rosenkranz also works at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO).

We look forward to working with you!
